Vendor Information & Event Details

We’re excited to welcome you to the 2026 Business Showcase & Registered Apprentice Signing Night at the Salem Red Sox ballpark!

Setup Information

• Vendor setup begins at 2:00 PM

• Each booth space includes:

  • One 8ft table

  • Two chairs

• Vendors may arrive anytime after 2:00 PM, but we ask that all tables are fully set up by 4:00 PM

Vendor Networking Hour

From 4:00–4:45 PM, we’ll host a casual networking happy hour exclusively for vendors and participants before the stadium opens to the public.

This is a great opportunity to:

• Meet fellow businesses and community leaders

• Connect with apprenticeship partners and educators

• Explore other vendor booths before the event begins

Event Overview

We’re expecting a strong crowd throughout the evening as we celebrate:

• Registered Apprenticeship program participants

• Teachers of the Year from all four school districts

• Salem-Roanoke County Chamber Foundation Scholarship recipients

Once the gates open to the public, attendees will be able to visit vendor tables throughout the evening while enjoying the game atmosphere.

Booth Expectations

We encourage vendors to:

• Bring branded materials, giveaways, signage, and promotional items

• Engage with attendees throughout the evening

• Enjoy the game and networking opportunities!

Vendors are welcome to remain set up throughout the game and may begin packing up whenever they choose.

We look forward to seeing everyone at the ballpark for a fun evening of networking, recognition, and community celebration!
