Our registration is now closed. \n\nVendor Information & Event Details\n\nWe're excited to welcome you to the 2026 Business Showcase & Registered Apprentice Signing Night at the Salem Red Sox ballpark!\n\nSetup Information\n\n\n	\n	Vendor setup begins at 2:00 PM\n	\n	\n	Each booth space includes:\n\n	\n		\n		One 8ft table\n		\n		\n		Two chairs\n		\n	\n	\n	\n	Vendors may arrive anytime after 2:00 PM\, but we ask that all tables are fully set up by 4:00 PM\n	\n\n\nVendor Networking Hour\n\nFrom 4:00 4:45 PM\, we'll host a casual networking happy hour exclusively for vendors and participants before the stadium opens to the public.\n\n  Your first beer is on the Chamber!\n\nThis is a great opportunity to:\n\n\n	\n	Meet fellow businesses and community leaders\n	\n	\n	Connect with apprenticeship partners and educators\n	\n	\n	Explore other vendor booths before the event begins\n	\n\n\nEvent Overview\n\nWe're expecting a strong crowd throughout the evening as we celebrate:\n\n\n	\n	Registered Apprenticeship program participants\n	\n	\n	Teachers of the Year from all four school districts\n	\n	\n	Salem-Roanoke County Chamber Foundation Scholarship recipients\n	\n\n\nOnce the gates open to the public\, attendees will be able to visit vendor tables throughout the evening while enjoying the game atmosphere.\n\nBooth Expectations\n\nWe encourage vendors to:\n\n\n	\n	Bring branded materials\, giveaways\, signage\, and promotional items\n	\n	\n	Engage with attendees throughout the evening\n	\n	\n	Enjoy the game and networking opportunities!\n	\n\n\nVendors are welcome to remain set up throughout the game and may begin packing up whenever they choose.\n\nWe look forward to seeing everyone at the ballpark for a fun evening of networking\, recognition\, and community celebration!
