DESCRIPTION:Violence in the Workplace\n\nActive Shooter Workshop Series - PART TWO\n\n \n\nThis intensive\, two-part course is designed to assist our business community in preventing\, planning and responding to workplace violence and active shooter incidents. Through collaboration with local public safety agencies\, the goal of this class is to enhance the safety and security of businesses and employees by developing realistic plans\, policies and procedures to counter such threats. This course is open to staff of organizations such as schools\, churches\, medical facilities\, day care centers and other businesses. \n\n \n\nPart Two - Collaboration\n\nThe second part of the training will focus on participants collaborating with law enforcement\, Fire/EMS and peers on finalizing their individual Emergency Action Plan.\n\n \n\nApril 4\, 2017\n\n8:00 AM - 12:00 PM\n\nBerglund Center\, Exhibit Hall\n\n710 Williamson Road\n\nhttps://violenceinworkplace-pt2.eventbrite.com\n\n \n\nThis two-part workshop is FREE but advance registration is required.
