He is a former police commander and graduate of the Federal Bureau of Investigation National Academy in Quantico\, Virginia\, the Administrative Officers Management Program at North Carolina State University and holds a certification in Enhanced All-Hazards Incident Management from Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service in College Station\, Texas. He also serves as adjunct faculty at both Roanoke College and Virginia Western Community College.\n\n\n\nWe will also be recognizing our 2022 new members.
