DESCRIPTION:Chamber members are encouraged to take part in nominating their favorite local businesses for awards.\n\n\n\nThe Salem-Roanoke County Chamber of Commerce recognizes a small and large business of the year in Salem and Roanoke County at our Annual Business Awards Breakfast. The Annual Business Awards Breakfast is our Chamber's most celebrated event. We honor our local heroes\, community members\, and winners of our small and large business\, regional business\, and nonprofit organizations of the year. The event sold out in the last 3 years with record attendance each time.\n\nThese businesses demonstrate an interest and involvement with the general community through support of area not-for-profits\, community causes\, business development activities\, and/or volunteering. They are in alignment with Chamber values by actively supporting the advancement of business in the community as well as active participation in the Chamber.\n\nIn addition\, the Chamber recognizes a Citizen of the Year. This award goes to an individual\, group of people\, or entity. The recipient will have demonstrated interest and involvement in the regional community through support of area not-for-profits\, community causes\, business development activities\, and/or volunteering. The Citizen of the Year is someone or a group that has developed creative ways to help solve a community challenge. Chamber membership is not required to be eligible.\n\n\n\nBusiness Spotlight and Toast presented by:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nA full breakfast will be served. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early\, grab a coffee or mimosa from the beverage bar\, and connect with other Chamber members. \n\n\n\nSponsorships are available now. Table sponsorships include attendance for 6 guests.
